David Chen (the founder) devotes to beauty device industry decades ago, he set up a manufacturer in 1986 to produce hair dressing products and body massage products. After years of development, company expended and got a role in its field. Then David wanted to extend and try something new. 

In 2013, he found the IPL hair remover interesting, and built a team to research and market it. In 2015, he set up a new company and created a new brand “FASÏZ”. The company was named Shenzhen Lizbella Technology Co., Ltd.
